Regulation 4
The Alcoholometers and Alcohol Hydrometers (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1977f1 are hereby amended —
in regulation 4(1)(a), by omitting the words “the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1980” and substituting therefor the words “the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988”; and
in regulation 5, by omitting words “Regulations 7 to 11 (which contain provision with respect to the grant, extension and revocation of EEC pattern approval) of the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1980” and substituting therefor the words “Regulations 8 to 12 (which contain provisions with respect to the grant, extension and revocation of EEC pattern approval) of the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988”.
