Regulation 3 Consequential revocations

The following regulations are revoked—

(a)

regulation 2(b) of the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) 2006 M1; and

(b)

regulation 2(5) of the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2006 M2.
