Regulation 30 Prosecution and punishment of offences under these RegulationsF1I1
United Kingdom
Any person guilty of an offence under Regulation 25, 26 or 27 above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £2000, and any person guilty of an offence under any other provision of these Regulations shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £400.
