The inspection shall include—

(a)

visual examination of the slaughtered animal and the organs belonging to it;

(b)

palpation of the organs referred to in Parts II, III, IV, V and VI of this Schedule and, where considered necessary by the inspector, the uterus;

(c)

incisions of organs and lymph nodes as specified in Parts II, III, IV, V and VI of this Schedule; and

(d)

any additional incisions or examinations that an inspector considers necessary.
