Paragraph 15 Mines (Medical Examinations) Regulations 1964

In regulation 5(8) of the Mines (Medical Examination) Regulations 1964 M1 (medical examination of young persons and the giving of certificates), after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
