In Part IV of the Appendix to the Pharmaceutical Society (Statutory Committee) Order of Council 1978 M1 (applications for relief from consequences of previous decisions), in regulation 31, for “the Medical Acts 1956 to 1969” substitute “ the Medical Act 1983, including a fully registered medical practitioner who does not hold a licence to practise, ”.
