Paragraph 32 National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1995

In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1995 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “doctor”, after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
