Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force—

(a)

except for the purposes of regulations 3(b), 6, 7 and 9, on 1st September 2003; and

(b)

for the purposes of regulations 3(b), 6, 7 and 9, on 1st April 2004.

In these Regulations, the “principal Regulations” means the Medical Devices Regulations 2002 M1.
