Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Medicines for Human Use (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 1st June 2010.

In this Order—

• “the Pharmacy and General Sale Order” means the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale— Exemption) Order 1980^f1;

• “the POM Order” means the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997^f2.
