Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

  • “the Act” means the Medicines Act 1968;

  • “pharmacy business” means the business in respect of which the responsible pharmacist has a duty under section 72A(1) of the Act;

  • “pharmacy staff” means any pharmacistf1 or any other person who is working at the premises in question in a role connected to the pharmacy business;

  • “premises” means the premises from which the pharmacy business is carried on.
