In regulation 2 of the Community Care (Direct Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 2003f1 (description of persons specified for the purposes of section 12B(1) of the Act)—
(a)
after paragraph (m) insert—
“(ma)a person who is subject to a community treatment order within the meaning of section 17A of the 1983 Actf2”;
(b)
omit paragraph (n).
