Article 3 Amendment of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970I1

In Schedule 1 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970^f1 (social services functions), in the entry relating to section 114 of the Mental Health Act 1983^f2, for “approved social workers” substitute “approved mental health professionals”.
