Regulation 2 Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996

The Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996f1 shall be amended as follows:

In Part I, paragraph 2(1) for “£70” there shall be substituted “£72”.

In Part I, paragraph 2(2)(a):
(i)
for “£24.40” there shall be substituted “£24.60”; and
(ii)
for “£27.60” there shall be substituted “£27.90”.

In Part XII, in the Table, for the entries listed in the column headed “Other surveys, inspection and tests, per hour or part thereof” there shall be substituted the following entries:
