In regulation 12(2)—

(a)

the quotation marks around “United Kingdom Load Line Exemption Certificate ” shall be omitted; and

(b)

at the end there shall be added—

  • “, and which shall be in the form prescribed in Schedule 8 of Merchant Shipping Notice MSN 1752 (M).”.
