Merchant Shipping

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 79(1)(a) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995^f1.

The Secretary of State has consulted with such organisations referred to in section 306(4) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995.
