The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 75A(1), 75C(1)(c), 75D(1), (2)(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h), (3) and (4) and 75Ef1 of the Fair Trading Act 1973f2 hereby makes the following Regulations:–
