Regulation 11 Address to be treated as a person’s proper address

For the purposes of section 75B(6) and of these Regulations, the address provided or disclosed in writing to the Director as a person’s proper address by or on behalf of the person giving a merger notice shall, subject to paragraph (2) below, be treated as that person’s proper address.

Where an address is provided or disclosed in writing to the Director as a person’s proper address by or on behalf of a person in respect of whom a different address has previously been provided or disclosed in accordance with paragraph (1) above, the new address shall be treated as that person’s proper address with effect from 9.00 a.m. on the working day following the day on which it is delivered to the office of the Director.
