England, Wales and Scotland

In the case of a meter intended for use with and tested with a transformer or transformers, the following additional information—

(1)

the make, output rating, serial number and classification of each transformer to be used with the meter;

(2)

for a polyphase meter, the phase to which each transformer was connected; and

(3)

particulars and electrical burdens of any other meter, instrument or external attachments that are to be used in conjunction with a transformer operated meter.
