Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

  • “the Council’s Halberton Parish Council Order” means the Mid Devon District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) (Halberton Parish Council) Order [2023]f1;

  • “the Council’s Uffculme Parish Council Order” means the Mid Devon District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) (Uffculme Parish Council) Order [2023]f2;

  • “the Council’s Willand Parish Council Order” means the Mid Devon District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) (Willand Parish Council) Order [2023]f3;

  • a reference to the “Map” is a reference to the map appended to the Council’s Halberton Parish Council Order”.
