Article 3 Alteration of county electoral division boundaries

The areas marked A and B on the Map that cease to be part of the parish of Halberton by virtue of the Council’s Halberton Parish Council Order and become part of the parish of Uffculme by virtue of the Council’s Uffculme Parish Council Order, cease to be part of the Tiverton East county electoral division and become part of the Willand & Uffculme county electoral division.

The area marked C on the Map that ceases to be part of the parish of Halberton by virtue of the Council’s Halberton Parish Council Order and becomes part of the parish of Willand by virtue of the Council’s Willand Parish Council Order, ceases to be part of the Tiverton East county electoral division and becomes part of the Willand & Uffculme county electoral division.
