Article 2 Modification of Midland Metro Act 1989

(1)

Subsection (1) of section 9 (requirements applicable to tramways) of the Midland Metro Act 1989^f1, including that provision as applied by any of the other Midland Metro Acts specified in paragraph (2), shall cease to have effect.

(2)

The other Midland Metro Acts specified are:

The Midland Metro Act 1992^f2;
The Midland Metro (No.2) Act 1992^f3;
The Midland Metro Act 1993^f4; and
The Midland Metro (No.2) Act 1993^f5.
