Paragraph 59 I1

The undertaker shall not exercise powers pursuant to articles 9 (street works), 10 (construction and maintenance of new or altered means of access) or 11 (temporary prohibition or restriction of use of streets) over land within the Rookery limits of deviation without first obtaining the written consent of Covanta.
