Section 25 Exercise by Ministry of acquired mining facilities.F1
The Ministry may make use of any acquired mining facility—
(a)
where it is acquired under section 23(1), for the purpose of facilitating the working of, or
(b)
where it is acquired under section 23(2), for the purpose of facilitating searching for,
any mines and minerals vested in the Ministry.
