Section 15 Order and regulations.

The power of the Minister to make an order under section twelve of this Act or regulations under section ten of this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

No order shall be made by the Minister under the said section twelve unless a draft thereof has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament; and any statutory instrument containing regulations under the said section ten shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
