Article 2 Increase of Ministerial salaries in the House of Lords

For the annual amount, or the maximum and minimum annual amounts, of salary specified in Parts 1 to 4 of Schedule 1 to the Ministerial and other Salaries Act 1975 (“the 1975 Act”) in relation to each office specified in the first column of Schedule 1 to this Order there is substituted, in the case of a holder of the office who is a member of the House of Lords—

(a)

for the interim period, the amount specified in relation to the office in the second column of Schedule 1 to this Order;

(b)

from 1st April 2002, that amount increased by £2,000 together with any increase in accordance with section 1A of the 1975 Act.
