Article 3 Increase of salaries of Opposition Leaders and Whips in the House of Lords

For the annual amount of salary specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the 1975 Act in relation to each of the positions specified in the first column of Schedule 2 to this Order there is substituted—

(a)

for the interim period, the amount specified in relation to the position in the second column of Schedule 2 to this Order;

(b)

from 1st April 2002, that amount increased by £2,000 together with any increase in accordance with section 1A of the 1975 Act.
