DESTRUCTIVE ANIMALS

Made 23rd December 1982

Coming into Operation 1st January 1983

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932f1 and now vested in themf2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury, hereby make the following regulations:—
