The Mink (Keeping) Regulations 1975f1 shall be amended in regulation 5 by the substitution for paragraph (3) thereof (fee payable in respect of the granting of a licence in accordance with section 3 of the Act) of the following paragraph—
“(3)
On the granting of a licence in accordance with section 3 ofthe Actor, as the case may be, section 8 ofthe Act, there shall be paid to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Wales or the Secretary of State for Scotland, as the case may be, the following fee—(a)
in the case of a licence granted in accordance with section 3 ofthe Act, £630; and(b)
in the case of a licence granted in accordance with section 8 ofthe Act—(i)
in England and Wales, £185; and(ii)
in Scotland, £60.”
