The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 is amended as follows.

In section 71(4), after “caravan site” insert “ or under Part 2 of the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013 authorising the use of the land as a site for mobile homes (within the meaning of that Act) ”.
(3)
In section 191(7)(a), after “1960” insert “ or section 7(1) of the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013; ”.
