Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, and application

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Mobile Homes (Written Statement) (England) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st October 2006.

(2)

These Regulations apply in relation to every written statement given after 1st October 2006 with respect to an agreement—

(a)

for the stationing of a mobile home ^f1 on a protected site^f2, and

(b)

to which the Mobile Homes Act 1983 will apply.
