(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Mobile Homes (Written Statement) (England) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 30th April 2011.

(2)

These Regulations apply in relation to any written statement given on or after 30th April 2011 with respect to an agreement—

(a)

for the stationing of a mobile home on a protected site^f1 in England, and

(b)

to which the 1983 Act will apply.
