Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “harbour” means the harbour of Montrose as described in Article 19 of theMontrose Harbour Revision Order 1974^f1;

• “level of high water” means the level of mean high water springs;

• “signed plan” means the plan signed in triplicate by an Under Secretary in theDepartment of Transport copies of which have been deposited as follows,that is to say, one copy at the Department of Transport, one copy withthe Sheriff Clerk of the Sheriff Court district of Arbroath and one copyat the principal office of the Trustees at South Quay, Ferryden,Montrose DD10 9SL;

• “Trustees” means the Trustees of the harbour incorporated by the MontroseHarbour Act 1837^f2.
