Article 1 Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Montrose (Pilotage) Harbour RevisionOrder 1990 and shall come into force on the date fixed in accordancewith the provisions of the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Acts1945 and 1965f1.
