The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powersconferred on him by section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964^f1, and now vested in him^f2and of all powers enabling him in that behalf and on theapplication of the Trustees of the harbour of Montrose in accordancewith section 7(5) of the Pilotage Act 1987^f3, hereby makes the following Order:—
