Article 5 Power to operate

(1)

The undertaker may operate and use the authorised works as a system for generating and transmitting electricity.

(2)

In operating the tidal works the undertaker must comply with the documents set out in Part 4 of Schedule 1 as approved to the extent relevant to the operation and use of the tidal works.
