Article 24 Application of procedural provisions of the Act

(1)

Part 9 of the Act (hearings and appeals) applies in the case of a matter referred to the Tribunal under this Part as it applies in the case of a matter referred to the Tribunal under the Act.

(2)

Part 26 of the Act (notices) applies to warning notices and decision notices given under this Part as it applies to such notices given under the Act.
