These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force—

(a)

for all purposes except those of regulations 11 and 20 on 31st January 1998, and

(b)

for the purposes of regulations 11 and 20 on 1st April 1998.
