ROAD TRAFFIC

Coming into force 14th November 2002

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(3), (4) and (5), 105(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988f1, after consulting with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act and, in the case of regulations 4, 6, 7 and 8 with the approval of the Treasuryf2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
