In regulation 24 (persons by whom practical and unitary tests may be conducted)—
(a)
in paragraph (3) for “sub-paragraphs (b), (c), (d) or (f) of paragraph (1)” substitute “ sub-paragraphs (b), (ca), (cb), (d), (f) or (g) of paragraph (1) ”; and
(b)
in paragraph (5) for “sub-paragraph (b), (c), (d) or (f) of paragraph (1)” substitute “ sub-paragraphs (b), (ca), (cb), (d), (f) or (g) of paragraph (1) ”.
