Road Traffic

Coming into force 10th April 2014

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(3)(a)^f1 and (4)(a)^f2, 92(2) and (4)(b), 101(2) and (3), 105(1), (2)(a)^f3 and (3), of the Road Traffic Act 1988^f4.

In accordance with section 195(2)^f5 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 the Secretary of State has consulted with representative organisations.
