Schedule 1 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1992^f1 shall be amended as follows.

In item 2—

(a)

in the third column, there shall be added—

“94/12/EC†”;

(b)

in the fourth column, there shall be added—

“L100, 19.4.94, p.42”.

(3)

For the Note at the end there shall be substituted—

“Note: The Directives marked with a * are Commission Directives, while those marked with a † are Directives of the European Parliament and the Council. The other Directives are Council Directives.”.
