Regulation 3
In regulation 2(1) for the definition of “the Directive” there shall be substituted the following definition—
““the Directive” means Council Directive 70/156/EECf1 as amended by Council Directives 87/403/EECf2 and 92/53/EECf3 and Commission Directive 93/81/EECf4;”.
