Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 14th April 1999.

The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998^f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.
