Regulation 2 Amendments to regulation 15 (duty to give reasons etc)

In regulation 15(2)–

(a)

for subparagraph (b), there shall be substituted–

“(b)

regulation 9(2), (3) or (9),”;

(b)

in subparagraph (d), for the words “regulation 11(10) or (11)” there shall be substituted “regulation 11(11) or (12)”.
