Road Traffic

Coming into force 16th December 2013

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994^f1 as extended by section 156 of the Road Traffic Act 1988^f2.

In accordance with section 195(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1988, the Secretary of State has consulted with representative organisations.
