These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 16th December 2013.

The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972 and the Motor Vehicles (International Motor Insurance Card) Regulations 1971 extend to Great Britain and now take effect under sections 57, 67 and Schedule 4 of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 and sections 147, 156, 160 and 197(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
