Coming into force 4th June 2018

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2)(a) and (c)^f1, (3) and (3ZB)^f2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984^f3.

Representative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 134(2)^f4 of that Act.
