Moveable Transactions

Coming into force 1st April 2025
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 65(1), 98(4)(a) and 118(1) of the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023f1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
