Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Moveable Transactions (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 1 April 2025.

In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023.
