This Part is without prejudice to the application, as respects the assignment and acquisition of associated rights, of the International Interests in Aircraft Equipment (Cape Town Convention) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/912).

In subsection (1)—

  • “assignment” has the meaning given by regulation 5, as read with regulation 35, of those regulations, and

  • “associated rights” has the meaning given by regulation 5 of those regulations.
